Groundworks staff cannot guarantee 1on1 help during equipment reservations. We encourage patrons to schedule a 1on1 appointment to learn how to use the equipment and software before making an equipment reservation.
Please Note: Reserving the LP converter does not reserve Laptop 2. You must add Laptop 2 to your cart separately.
The ion Max LP turntable and EZ Vinyl/Tape Converter software easily convert LP tracks into digital WAV or MP3 files. The conversion happens in real time, i.e., a 30-minute LP takes 30 minutes to convert. The LP converter digitizes LPs (33 1/3, 45 & 78 RPM) to MP3 digital files or CD.

Please bring a blank CD-R/CD-RW and/or USB drive to store the digital files upon completion. Once your file is converted, audio editing software (Audacity) is available if you would like to make edits or add additional effects.
