Groundworks staff cannot guarantee 1on1 help during equipment reservations. We encourage patrons to schedule a 1on1 appointment to learn how to use the equipment and software before making an equipment reservation.
Please Note: Reserving the mug/tumbler press does not reserve a laptop, vinyl cutter or the sublimation printer. You must add a laptop, vinyl cutter and/or sublimation printer to your cart separately, if necessary.
Our Mug & Tumbler Press is designed to give a professional image transfer onto sublimation tumblers, mugs, cups, and water bottles. With several attachments, the heat press can accommodate various diameters and shaped cups and mugs including tumblers, mugs, water bottles, shot glasses, beer glasses, latte cups, and more. Great for both sublimation transfers and heat transfer vinyl.
Contact Groundworks staff if you have questions about where to purchase sublimation blanks or heat transfer vinyl supplies.

Sublimation
For sublimation, you may create your design on any of Groundworks’ laptops or bring it with you on a USB drive ready to print. (Files must be in one of the following formats: AVIF, BMP, EPS, GIF, JPG, PDF, PNG, SVG, TIFF, or WEBP) Patrons can register for a free Sawgrass My Sawgrass account to take advantage of hundreds of design templates, or print straight from most any design software including Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Silhouette Studio and more.
Sublimation printing costs $1.00 for each 8.5” x 11” sheet of paper and $2.00 for an 11” x 17” sheet. Contact Groundworks staff if you have questions about where to purchase sublimation blanks.
Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)
HTV materials can be purchased on Amazon, in most big box stores, local craft stores and online craft stores like Swing Design, Expressions Vinyl, Heat Transfer Warehouse and many more. Siser, ThermoFlex Plus, Silhouette and Cricut are reliable brands. Contact us with your questions if you are unsure which material to purchase for your project.
Heat transfer vinyl is cut with our Silhouette Cameo 4. The Silhouette Studio Basic software is available on all Groundworks’ laptops and is free to download and use at home.
