Teen Art Response to Station Eleven with Erin Drews
Emily St. John Mandel’s “Station Eleven” is a tale of resilience in a post-apocalyptic world, revealing the truth that art, culture, and legacy live on beyond basic survival. This book weaves together many art forms, including a graphic novel as a means of storytelling.
Join us for an evening of creativity in collaboration with the Big Read where you can explore the ways YOU rise up and face new frontiers in your own life. We will talk briefly about the book before diving into graphic-novel storytelling about significant moments in our own lives. Get ready for a time of excitement, meaningful reflection, and creative fun.
