Yoga Storytime with Mindful Motion
Best for children ages 3-8 years.
It’s National Yoga Month and we’re hosting a special program for you and your child. Learn more about how yoga can help with your child’s motor development and emotional regulation as we move and bend along with our friends at Mindful Motion. Please bring a yoga mat or towel if you have one! Participation waivers will be at the event and must be signed by a guardian to participate. Registration required. Sign up begins September 8 on our website or by calling 616-738-4360. Meet at the Fire Station next to the North Branch.
