Normal set-up

• 6 tables with 3 chairs each, classroom style
• 1 wooden table with 6 chairs
• 2 wooden tables together with 14 chairs

Podium
Patrons are responsible for returning seating to the normal set-up
Projector and sound equipment (no charge)
Patrons are responsible for connecting patron provided laptops and mobile devices to the available audio and video equipment.  Adapters are available for check out at the Information Desk on the Main Floor.
Lights are adjustable via three separate banks of lights.  Each bank of lights can be turned on or off.
Main Floor Meeting Room hours:

• Monday through Wednesday: 9:00am until 8:30pm
• Thursday through Saturday: 9:00am until 5:30pm
