Welcome to the Main Library's room reservations. We offer a variety of spaces such as study rooms, meeting rooms, and Groundworks' equipment. Please use the navigation at the top of the page or click on the individual rooms to learn more about each one.
Non-profit organizations are able to reserve meeting rooms at Herrick District Library for free events that are open to the public and where no ticket sales or sales promotion take place. Any HDL card holder may reserve a room using our online booking process. All organizations booking rooms must abide by the meeting room policy and guidelines of Herrick District Library.

The Meeting Room must be booked a minimum of 7 days in advance. Please select a date at least 7 days away to start your booking.
The Main Library will be undergoing a renovation project beginning in June of 2023. During this renovation period meeting rooms will not be available for reservation.
